A class action settlement has been reached under which your rights may be affected. The lawsuit alleges that Davis Yulee, LLC d/b/a Davis Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Yulee (“The Defendant”) sent text messages to wireless telephone numbers without prior express written consent of the recipients in violation of the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act (“FTSA”).

The Settlement offers payments to Settlement Class Members who file valid Claims.

Your Legal Rights and Options in This Settlement

Submit a Claim Form Deadline: August 2, 2023	If you are a member of the Settlement Class, you must submit a valid completed Claim Form to receive a payment. If the Court approves the Settlement and it becomes final and effective, and you remain in the Settlement Class, you will receive your payment by check.
Exclude Yourself (Opt Out) Deadline: June 28, 2023	If you are a Class Member and do not wish to participate in, and be bound by, the proposed Settlement, you have the right to exclude yourself (“opt out”) from the Settlement Class. To opt out of the Settlement Class, you must submit a signed notice of intent, clearly stating that you wish to opt out (be excluded) from the Settlement Class.
Object Deadline: June 28, 2023	If you are a Settlement Class Member and do not wish to exclude yourself but wish to remain a part of the Settlement Class, you may still object to any part of the Settlement. Each Class Member wishing to object to the Settlement shall submit a timely written notice of his or her objection.
Attend the Final Approval Hearing: July 18, 2023	You will have the right to appear at the Final Approval Hearing to support or oppose the Settlement. You have the right to enter an appearance through your own attorney. If you do not choose to appear in person or by an attorney, your interests will be represented by Class Counsel (except to the extent that you have opted out of the Settlement Class).
Do Nothing	You will not receive a payment if you fail to timely submit a completed Claim Form, and you will give up your right to bring your own lawsuit against Defendants about the Claims in this case.
